I am LOVING this idea of adding tulle over horns, it softens the look and makes it so very goth! Or you could do some lace, that would be new and super awesome! See, simple and yet it completely transforms a costume!

Don't forget to dress up the pets! Aren't they just adorable!

I love this idea of having a half mask out of lace. You could simply buy lace and apply with the Duo lash adhesive! Wonderful inspiration!

Olivia Wilde's look Perfected
The hair style, the highlights, the tan, the eye make up, the lip color, the dress....Olivia is on fire! I absolutely love the hue of her lip color, it is perfectly matched to her coloring. It isn't distracting to her look and yet is somehow still bold. Walking that brilliant fashion tight rope with the perfect balance and seemingly greatest of ease. Olivia Wilde...I salute you!

Seeing Black
Its almost fall and I have winter weather clothing on the brain. I cant help but daydream about one of my favorite winter basics...Black! Black is a powerful color, it can come off as bland and boring if your ensemble is texture less or vibrant and chic if you hit the mark. There is a delicate balance when it comes to wearing black that once you have the tips will be able to walk a tight rope, it needs to have a flattering shape, movement or texture; if it has one of those then you are probably golden. One of the most important things one can pay attention to when purchasing black items is the type of wash, is it dry clean only? Can you iron it? And what type of fabric is it, the higher quality fabric the better. What you are looking for is quality that will not fade. Unless you are going for the grunge-rocker look fading is acceptable (then it should be really faded), but otherwise your nice top should retain its color if you spend a few extra dollars for quality.
Black is a color that has infinite possibilities...it can slim you down, dress you up, hide you and make you stand out if you so choose. Ever notice how fashion directors and fashion show go-ers usually wear something daring or all black? Its simple, chic and will never go out of style. So whether you are accenting with black, or using black as the base to your look, live it up and rock on! Here are some black items to hopefully inspire your fall/winter wardrobe.
Tip: When wearing all black, pay extra close attention to your make up and hair. Make sure your makeup color is spot with your skin tone and play with it your eyes or lips a little bit. All black provides a blank canvas for you to play with, don't be afraid to vamp it up!
Perfect example of texture and movement. This piece (above) is timeless and on trend at the same time with modern and soft texture.
This curly haired beauty knows how to vamp up an all black look. She finishes it off with fun hair, smokey eyes and glowing skin. Lovely!
Black nails...a major fashion trend that about 5 years ago was new, edgy and chic. Today it has become a classic look, its here to stay. Also, the perfect way to make your look a little more edgy. Dress this nail color up or down, it works either way.
You cant go wrong with black lace. Always a sexy!
Love this look. Very chic right now. Make sure your toes are freshly done, they are a major focus. In fact black toe nails might look pretty cool right about here.
Live it up my fashionable followers. I hope you have something fun planned for the holiday weekend. I hope to have some pretty fun posts for you in the next few days, so check back. Happy Saturday!

Modernized LBD
If I had it my way, this is what I would be wearing today. (for what its worth, I would also be as thin as this model too, if I really want to entertain the idea of having it my way). I am at a Grief Counseling Conference today, so something in my gutt tells me this might be a leetle too risque. I am still dressed fabulous, just a little more....covered up!
I love the lines to this dress! Very chic and modern. You would probably feel like you are wearing practically nothing. I would wear this dress with edgy, thick, winged eye liner. Hair pulled up in a funky bun. And some kick ass heels. YAY!
This dress is $230.81 at ASOS.

Alexander McQueen
Alexander McQueen Spring Summer 2010 Women's wear Full Show
McQueen must be addressed in one of the first entries in my blog. He was and remains to be a true inspiration to me and my fashion conscious self. McQueen was an inspirational innovator in the world of Fashion. His shows were not merely Fashionable experiences they were full fledged 3D technologically interactive experiences. Observers can only imagine where his inspiration came from, with the subtle hints he gives us in his runway "music" and design details. His work will continue to inspire for years to come. R.I.P. Alexander McQueen!
