I absolutely adore how Katy pulls from the pin up look! She transforms it and makes it her own. When you know how to create the look you want that is authentic for you, you are a well oiled fashion machine and you will hit the nail on the head every time! Katy my friends, she is a well oiled fashion machine. I have to say that I have not been a fan of her costume, cartoon type dresses. I much prefer her as she is in this spread. Unique and chic!
